\n\nHappy Veteran\u2019s Day everybody! I hope you have fun plans for the long weekend. But before you go out and do whatever it is you have planned take a moment to reflect on what this holiday represents.\n\nChances are each and every one of you knows a veteran. Take a moment this morning and send them your thanks. It only takes a moment and I know it will mean a lot to those you thank.\n\nIt is easy to take all our freedoms and rights and opportunities for granted, especially if you have lived in the U.S. your entire life. We are so used to all these rights we easily forget that there are billions of people living today who don\u2019t have those freedoms and rights.\n\nAnd we didn\u2019t come by these rights easily. It wasn\u2019t luck or chance that gave us freedom. It took the blood of brave men and women to ensure that we can enjoy the rights many of us have come to take for granted.\n\nAccording to Wikipedia 1,343,812<\/strong> soldiers have died in all the wars and other deployments in our countries short history.\n\nThat is a startling number and a huge sacrifice for our freedom for which we should all be thankful.\n\nIt\u2019s hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for our soldiers which is why this post is a little short.\n\nThe only thing any of us can really do to thank the veterans of this country is extend a heartfelt thank you and support those who are in need.\n\nI hope you all have a great weekend.
