Do not put it on your shoulder, you must remain in body lock grip while walking.<\/li>\n \t<li>Rest 30 seconds.<\/li>\n \t<li>Repeat 10x.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Part 2<\/h4>\nUse a 3-minute round\/1-minute rest protocol on the next 5 rounds.\n<ul class=\"blog-lists\">\n \t<li><strong>Round 1:<\/strong> Bang the bag H-A-R-D wearing 16oz gloves. <strong>Power-Power-Power!<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Round 2:<\/strong> Continuous Sit-Out &amp; Turn-In Drill with Partner or Solo. <strong>[Do not stop!]<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Round 3:<\/strong> Bang the bag wearing work gloves or driving gloves. No bag gloves. No wraps. Aim for speed, precision, and tempering unprotected power.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Round 4:<\/strong> Continuous Sit-Out &amp; Turn-Out Drill with Partner or Solo. <strong>[Do not stop!]<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Round 5:<\/strong> Back on the bag.
