Simple Self-Defense Kick
Stop Attackers Dead In Their Tracks
Today we’re going to go over a very effective self-defense kick that will stop attackers dead in their tracks. This kick utilizes your bodyweight to deliver a powerful blow and doesn’t require any fancy skills. On top of that, there are few defenses against this kind of kick. So, without further delay, let’s get into it.
World's Fastest Drawing Knife.
You wanna try out the fastest drawing knife on the planet? Good. Because here's your chance to get it for FREE.
It even comes with a video showing you exactly how to draw this folder from your pocket (one-handed) so that it snaps open and is ready for action in the blink of an eye. (Your buddies are going to be sooo freaked out when they see this).
Step Into It

As Tommy says in the video, the movement of this kick is up and then out. The key here is to step into the kick so the force of the kick pushes the attacker backwards.
This is a great street fighting move because it allows you to keep some distance between you and your attacker. You can strike him with this kick before he is close enough to throw an elbow, punch, or even a kick of his own.
Shut Down Aggressors
This kick won’t get you off balance either. When you do it correctly your weight stays on your center line and only moves forward.
You can use this kick in many street fight circumstances but it is perfect for situations where an attacker is approaching you aggressively and you want to keep him back and stay out of his punching range.
This kick will stop him like a ton of bricks and allow you to take the offensive. It will reverse the situation, putting him on his heels and allowing you to close the distance on your own terms or simply escape the encounter – your choice.

“THIS IS SPARTA” kick, no?
I like very much what I am learning.
Excellent stuff as usual. We some times use this kick in Aikido when we are faced with multiple attackers, things can get a bit crowdered. This moves one out of the way giving us more time and space to deal with the others. In practice it can be done more like a shove so that no one gets hurt. I tell all of my senior students about your site, best value for money that I have ever experienced by far.

this kick has always been very effective for me as a bouncer and martial artest the late joe lewis told me to take the 3 things ido best and practice them 100 times a day
Just love it when someone thinks that they ‘reinvented’ the wheel! Okinawa Karateka have been using this kick for centuries along with Shaolin Kung Fu practitioners. To be successful in battle you need more than ‘one’ technique. This kick can be useful if used correctly. If a person is practiced in the above arts that I have mentioned then they also know the counter to this kick. Just my two cents.
I am impressed with all th egreat technics and do appreciate you alls efforts. Thank you and your staff/crew awesome!!! Peace
it will be interesting to see your street fight style. It seems to be interesting
I would gladly be enlightened by some dvd to see your style. Of course quick reflexes

BUTTT…if you are a little slow and get deflected, or he backs out of range, you are FUBAR.
You’d be lunging forward, no human body to stop and absorb your off-balance momentum, and – if deflected – you’re twisted sideways flopping forward by the deflection.
Contrarywise, a snap kick to the groin takes about half the elapsed time and is harder to deflect. YET a snap kick better be totally on-target (as Mr, Dalillo wisely points out) or it’s essentially a dance move.
Have thoroughly enjoyed all of your videos. Have been involved in martial arts since age 11 and am 56 now. This kick is excellent and I have learned to abandon some of the old teaching that was seared into my brain. I learned martial arts is a great sport but doesn’t always get the best results. This is great stuff that I have incorporated into what I already was taught. Thanks for all of your great videos.
Very happful think u
I enjoyed the video and the kick looked like it would be very effective and I like the fact that you keep moving forward and not pulling your leg back like a regular front kick so that you are ready to continue your counter attack on you assailant.

I understand the about the kick and the reason for using it. I do not understand who has the time when they are on the street to get into a fighting stance and then utilize the kick? On the street when it is time, you just go for it.
Stance is a pivot – split seccond – practace grasshopper -call it witch ever disaplin
efective – tech-neek -practice -practice -practice – now do it again !
Thank U T. R. S.

Great stuff; seems so logical and sensible. We used to practice this kick as young street kids in NYC. We used the stanchions on the subway platforms while waiting for our trains. The solid h-beams made us kick flat footed for fear of hurting ourselves.
Great instructional video you have put together thanks for putting it up so we can learn.
Great basic info for those of us who aren’t trained fighters.
Very good info and clearly explained, thank you.
Been there Bob, one of the easiest and effective kicks for doors ie… (Former police officer and martial artist) for an opponent coming at you straight on. Keep them coming Bob……
I used this on the street and not only did it stop the guy, it knocked him off his feet. The look on his face was priceless!
Ok, My first video I was able to see.
Yes it is great that even I could do.
Thanks that’s easy to practice alone.

Easy,fast and very effective!
Good presentation.Basic kicking posture in frontal blows in most martial arts and street fight. Good reminder to stay in tune. Thanks Tommy
I don’t know what other styles, but to those of us in shorinryu, gojuryu and my style of Isshinryu karate, that is a front thrust kick. It does indeed work as he says but other combat styles use it. We are not all sports oriented even today.
